This week on Success Secrets, I wanted to share with you one of the many ways I have stayed in good health. A form of physical handling called Rolfing.
I know most of you have never heard of rolfing and that is why I brought a local expert on the subject, Rob Miller. Rob tells us that Rolfing came to concept by Dr. Ida Rolf, who was doing vast research on connective tissue. She found that this tissue is the stabilizing force of the body.
Rob has formed a lot of injuries in athletics over the years. He soon found Rolfing himself and got a lot of relief from it. Along with yoga he became more flexible and felt a whole lot better.
Rob explains that he looks for all of the parts of the body involved with an injury. He maps these parts out and works on them as one unit.
